"I love this hidden (ish) gem in Frederick. Fresh bagels, great coffee selection, bagel chips! Super friendly folks. I customize their supreme club sandwich for my tastes and it is KILLER. My GF loves their maple pecan coffee iced, but she also bought their kcups for home use."

"The first time I went I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a jalapeño bagel but instead I was given sausage egg and cheese on a jalapeño bagel. I was going to go back inside and let them know that I received the wrong item, but then I took a bite into the sandwich. Then I realized that’s exactly what I needed, no need to go back in. The second time I went same thing happened, my order contained an error for the second item I ordered. That time I didn’t like what they gave me. Overall, if you get what you order you just might enjoy it. I gave 4 stars because of the order error. They just might be moving too fast when making the orders."

"Plenty of seating, fast service, yummy food and coffee! I got the bacon egg and cheese on a jalapeño bagel. The bagel itself was the perfect texture-soft on the inside but tougher (but not too tough) crust on the outside."

My most recent experience the coffee came out a little cool, and my sandwich was made with the wrong cheese, the staff was incredibly accommodating and helped to correct the issues. Coffee is always my favorite! And the main room space is so nice to dine in."

"I went in with my husband and the woman at the register(she had pink in her hair) and she was so incredibly genuine, kind, and helpful(as she was woth the 3 customers behind us). She helped talk me through good(and unexspected) flavor combos for the bagles and spreads (I had a toasted cheddar bagle with honey walnut spread and it was so good I almost wept, lol). We got a chia latte that was the perfect temp and the best I've had in ages!!! Good customer servise is hard to find and she definitely embodied the kind of delightful interaction you hope for from a small business. All the staff we interacted with were professional and kind, and we even saw the manager (owner?) out and helping the staff. Tje spot was clean and had plenty of parking and seating. Truely a wonderful exsperiance with the delicious options making it a stellar stop for us. 11/10!!!"

"I used Zipani Cafe to cater a small brunch I had at a local hotel, and my experience with them was excellent from start to finish. I worked with Renee to pick a menu and she was so helpful in giving me advice on what to choose and how much to order. She was prompt in answering emails and the whole process was so easy. She and the owner of the cafe delivered the food right on time to the hotel, and the bagels were so fresh they were still warm. They set up the food and drinks on the tables that the hotel provided. The bagels were amazing, as were the pastries and muffins. The coffee was hot and fresh. I highly recommend Zipani Cafe if you need catering. I have never been to the actual cafe, but the next time I'm in Frederick I will definitely be visiting to get their bagels. They are as good as ones you can get in New York City."
